My Story

A near-death accident left me wheelchair bound for months. I made a full recovery under the guidance of skilled Yoga Therapy and Somatic Experiencing (trauma healing) practitioners.

This transformational experience inspired me to transition from my career in sustainability planning to helping people access their innate healing potential and create sustainably healthy, empowered lives.

I love igniting passion in my clients to learn experiential, self-healing methods and making it fun and achievable! And I love creating trusting relationships where I can support my clients wherever they are in their wellness journey. I believe we all have an inner well of peace, power and wisdom.
